Exhale, by Just Breathe, is a course for everyone.
In this 6 week programme we’ll teach you how to regulate your nervous system, and discover how to use breathwork and meditation to manage stress and unwind the mind.
Join Michael James Wong, renowned meditation and breathwork teacher and our team of experts, as they take you through techniques and processes that will help you to understand the science and psychology behind the practice, along with practical skills you can use every day.

Michael James Wong
Guide and Teacher
Michael has been a meditation and breathwork teacher since 2008 with a background in the psychological and sociological effects of these practices in the real world. Michael is a world renowned teacher, author and speaker who believes in the power of these practices to support our mind and mental health. Born in New Zealand and raised in Los Angeles, Michael now lives in London and has dedicated his life to ensuring that these quiet practices are easy, accessible and agnostic in the modern world. Michael founded Just Breathe in 2016 as a way to educate and inspire the world how to meditate. As an organisation, Just Breathe is dedicated to bringing people together to celebrate community, connection and quiet.

Dr. Sophie Mort
PHD, MSC, BSC
Dr Soph (Aka Dr Sophie Mort) has a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s in neuroscience, and a doctorate in clinical psychology, and is one of the few clinical psychologists in the world taking psychology out of the therapy room.

Nicole Vignola
MSC, BSC
Nicole Vignola is a neuroscientist, corporate consultant, author and speaker committed to making neuroscience tangible for the masses. Her first book is ‘Rewire: Your Neurotoolkit for Everyday Life’. Nicole has a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Bristol and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the University of West of England.

Dr Sula Windgassen

Dr Sula Windgassen is a leading health psychologist and psychotherapist usingpsychology to improve chronic illness, chronic stress and trauma. She has completed five degrees with two doctoral qualifications including a PhD in Psychological Medicine.

Course format
On-demand videos and lectures
This is a hybrid course, allowing you to practice and learn in your own time as well as to engage with and talk directly to our experts and teachers.
Our on-demand content allows for you to practice in your own time, and at your own pace, the course includes:
6 x on-demand learning lectures about breathwork and meditation
3 x expert lectures from world class psychologists and neuroscientists
18 x guided breathwork practices
6 x guided meditation practices
8 hours of on-demand talks, techniques and practices
Weekly Zoom calls
Alongside our on-demand lectures on techniques, protocols and practices we’ll also be hosting 6 weeks of group zoom calls with Michael and our Just Breathe Experts. Each call will last approximately 75 minutes, and all live zoom sessions will take place between 6:00 - 7:15 PM GMT. Zooms are not mandatory, but highly recommended, recordings will also be shared within 24 hours of the live session. Each week we’ll take on a new subject helping you to learn and explore the practice.

While the zoom sessions are not mandatory, we highly recommend them. In our live sessions there will be a chance to discuss and room for Q&A which will ultimately a great way to learn. All live zoom sessions will be recorded and loaded onto our learning platform within 24 hours.
