At Just Breathe, we truly believe these practices have the power to change your life for the better and help you to manage the daily stress of modern day life. Learning how to support your own mind and mental health is invaluable and this course will provide you with simple, effective, down-regulating breathwork and meditative techniques that you can use anytime, anywhere.

Michael James Wong
Guide and Teacher
Michael has been a meditation and breathwork teacher since 2008 with a background in the psychological and sociological effects of these practices in the real world. Michael is a world renowned teacher, author and speaker who believes in the power of these practices to support our mind and mental health. Born in New Zealand and raised in Los Angeles, Michael now lives in London and has dedicated his life to ensuring that these quiet practices are easy, accessible and agnostic in the modern world. Michael founded Just Breathe in 2016 as a way to educate and inspire the world how to meditate. As an organisation, Just Breathe is dedicated to bringing people together to celebrate community, connection and quiet.
